AI Data Centre Delivery - Europe Location: UK (initial) → Austria (9-month secondment) Salary: Up to £90,000 + package The Opportunity We are supporting a leading contractor delivering cutting-edge AI-driven hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to take ownership of mechanical and/or MEP packages on a major programme in Austria. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, mission-critical infrastructure, with full international support including accommodation, travel, and expenses. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of construction and MEP packages on a live data centre project Manage programme, cost, risk, quality, and HSE performance Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners Act as the primary interface with client, consultants, and stakeholders Drive programme milestones including installation, commissioning, and handover Ensure delivery in line with strict uptime and resilience requirements Support commercial teams in forecasting, variations, and reporting Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction or MEP projects Strong background in data centres, mission-critical, or complex infrastructure Ability to manage subcontractors and deliver packages to programme Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills Knowledge of commissioning and systems integration (desirable) Relevant engineering or construction qualification What's on Offer Salary up to £90,000 + benefits Fully expensed Austria secondment (9 months) Exposure to hyperscale AI / data centre projects Clear progression into senior leadership roles
