As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll deliver top-tier service to both candidates and clients. The role is diverse and rewarding, far from a typical 9-to-5. You don’t need previous sales or technical experience; what’s essential is your determination to excel and outshine the competition. The majority of your work will be over the phone, combined with some face-to-face interactions, so excellent communication skills are a must. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: £25,500 per annum with uncapped commission potential. Incentives: Early finish every Friday, company-paid lunches, social events, and even overseas trips. Advertising: Craft compelling job adverts and manage online postings. Communication: Interact with candidates and clients via email, selling yourself and our services. Search & Selection: Utilise internal and external databases to identify top talent. Interviews & Assessments: Conduct phone interviews and candidate evaluations. Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow your client base. Sourcing Talent: Use both Contingency and Search & Selection methods to find professionals with salaries ranging from £30,000 – £100,000.
