Job Title: Parts Advisor Location: Exeter, UK Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum + bonus and uncapped commission Hours: Monday to Friday, with rota Saturday mornings About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a global leader. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations within the parts department, and contributing to overall business success. Key Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding customer service to clients seeking parts and accessories for machinery * Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their equipment * Accurately process orders, ensuring timely delivery * Maintain inventory levels and manage stock rotation efficiently * Collaborate with colleagues to optimize parts sales and enhance customer satisfaction * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or automotive industry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency with computer systems and software relevant to parts inventory management Benefits: * Competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum * Performance-based bonus (£3,000 per year) plus uncapped commission on parts attachment * Monday to Friday schedule, with rota Saturday mornings * Training and development opportunities within a global organization * Employee discounts on company products and services * Pension scheme and other benefits If you are interested, please apply today
