Warehouse Operative

Aspired Talent are looking for Warehouse Operatives for our client in OL13. About the Role You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, maintaining stock organisation, and helping ensure our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Because many products can appear very similar, strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this role. Hours are Monday-Thursday 08:30-16:00, and Friday 08:30-15:00, Key Responsibilities Picking and packing customer orders accurately Checking products and labels carefully before dispatch Maintaining an organised and tidy warehouse environment Restocking shelves and assisting with inventory management Assisting with general warehouse duties as required Working efficiently to meet daily order deadlines What We’re Looking For Exceptional attention to detail Meticulous and organised work habits Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience is preferred but not essential
