Project Manager

We’re supporting a major industrial and infrastructure project in Devon and are looking to engage an experienced Civil Project Manager on a contract basis. This is a site-based role supporting the delivery of a large-scale construction programme within a live operational environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of civil works packages from planning through to execution, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on programme and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Managing day-to-day delivery of civils packages on site * Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams * Monitoring programme, progress and commercial performance * Driving HSE standards and ensuring compliance across works * Attending client and contractor coordination meetings * Managing site documentation, reporting and progress updates * Supporting project planning, sequencing and logistics Requirements * Proven background delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects * Experience within industrial, manufacturing, utilities or heavy construction environments preferred * Strong contractor management and stakeholder coordination skills * Ability to work within fast-paced live project environments * SMSTS and CSCS required * NEC contract experience beneficial Contract Details * Contract position * Outside IR35 * Long-term project opportunity * Devon-based role with site presence required * Immediate or short notice availability preferred For further information or a confidential discussion, please get in touch directly
