Development Manager | North Dublin €80,000 - €100,000 + Bonus A well-established and growing property developer is seeking an experienced Development Manager to join their team based in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business with a strong pipeline of both new and existing developments across the residential sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects through the planning and pre-construction phases. Key Responsibilities: • Manage new and existing developments through the planning process • Liaise with local authorities, planning consultants, architects, engineers, and external stakeholders • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary design teams • Assist with site identification, feasibility studies, and development appraisals • Oversee planning submissions and ensure projects progress in line with programme targets • Monitor project risks, timelines, and budgets during the development phase • Support senior management with overall project strategy and delivery Requirements: • Previous experience in a Development Manager or similar role • Strong understanding of the Irish planning process • Background in property development, construction, engineering, planning, or architecture • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills For a confidential discussion or to learn more, please get in touch directly
