Role:                Production/Warehouse Operative Pay:                   £13.00 per hour Hours:              Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30 Location:        Widnes Contract:       Temporary to permanent Our client, a market-leading company within their sector, is currently seeking a Production/Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The duties of a Production/Warehouse Operative are:   Operating semi-automatic and automated machines Setting up, monitoring and adjusting production and packaging lines to ensure efficient operation and minimise waste Carrying out quality checks to ensure products are filled, labelled and packaged correctly Maintaining high standards of health, safety and site hygiene at all times Moving stock and materials safely around the production area Manual handling duties, including lifting and moving heavy items Assisting with the handling and preparation of raw materials as required The skills and experience of a Production/Warehouse Operative are:   Previous experience within a similar environment would be ideal Valid FLT licence would be beneficial, although not essential Ability to work within a fast-paced environment Hands on approach IT literate
