Job Title: Business Studies Teacher (ECT) Location: Rugby Salary: MPS (ECT Scale) £32,916 - £34,823 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: September 2026 Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Business Studies to join a supportive secondary school in Rugby from September 2026. The successful candidate will be passionate about Business Studies and committed to delivering engaging lessons that inspire students to develop commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and an understanding of the modern business world.
