Project Engineer – Fire & Security We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of Fire, Life Safety, and Security projects across our portfolio. This is a varied, site-based role working across multiple projects or dedicated major sites depending on business needs. Working alongside the Project Management team, you will oversee on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, and health & safety compliance * Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and maintain accurate project documentation * Review technical drawings, track design changes, and support project scheduling and budgets * Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and support commissioning of Fire & Security systems * Support system integration, cable testing, and end-user training * Provide technical support to engineers and assist with mentoring junior team members * Collaborate with project and engineering teams to improve processes and project delivery * Ensure projects meet company standards and support handover to service teams About You * Experience in a similar Project Engineer role or a strong Fire & Security engineering background looking to progress * Good understanding of Fire, Life Safety, and/or Security systems and industry standards * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills * Experience supervising subcontractors and working within fast-paced project environments * Knowledge of system integration across multiple manufacturers is desirable * First Aid qualification beneficial but not essential This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering a wide range of projects across the region
