Accounts Semi Senior / Senior Frome Based £30,000 – £40,000 DOE Full-Time | Office-Based I am currently working with a growing and friendly independent accountancy practice in Frome who are looking to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior / Senior to join their team. The Role You will be joining a close-knit and supportive team, managing a varied portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries. This role would suit someone with solid accountancy practice experience who is confident working independently whilst also supporting junior team members where required. Responsibilities will include: Preparation and review of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies Corporation tax returns and general tax compliance work Bookkeeping and VAT returns Supporting and reviewing work prepared by junior team members Liaising directly with clients and acting as a key point of contact Assisting with year-end accounts and management accounts work General practice and compliance duties The Ideal Candidate ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience Previous experience within accountancy practice essential Comfortable managing workloads and client relationships Strong communication and organisational skills Proactive and team-oriented approach Confident working within an office-based environment The Firm Young and dynamic team Supportive management structure Growing client base Private medical insurance Life insurance Free parking Strong office culture and team environment This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a stable and expanding firm where they can continue developing their career within practice.
