The position will appeal to a Maintenance Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Electrical Technician looking to upskill or a Graduate with industrial working experience This role offers a great mix of hands-on fault finding, preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and automation support within a fast-paced production environment. Maintenance Engineer - The Role: * Carry out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on production machinery and facilities * Support machinery uptime and minimise production downtime * Analyse downtime and OEE data to improve machine performance * Work with PLC automation, safety systems and control panels * Support continuous improvement and project activities * Assist with spare parts management and site maintenance activities * Mentor apprentices and provide technical support when required Maintenance Engineer - What We’re Looking For: * HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering * Previous experience within a maintenance engineering environment * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Experience with PLCs, automation systems and industrial machinery * Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and machine technology * Comfortable working independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment Why Join? * Global engineering business with strong long-term stability * Excellent technical development and career progression opportunities * Competitive salary plus bonus and shift allowance * Work with advanced automated and mechatronic systems * Strong benefits package including pension and life assurance Night Shift Hours: * Sunday: 20:50pm – 06:00am * Monday – Thursday: 22:30pm – 06:00am Interested?
