Based at Workshop & Office, with regular UK and European venue travel As a Technical Production Manager, you will benefit from: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Contributory company pension scheme, with employer contributions of up to 8% Annual company bonus equivalent to one month's pay, paid each December Life assurance Health cash plan Online GP service Employee assistance programme Cycle to work scheme Employee discount platform As a Technical Production Manager, your responsibilities will include: Taking full technical ownership of working drawings, build packs, and production documentation across all projects Leading and developing two direct reports, the Senior Project Manager and Workshop Manager, to deliver to the highest standards Owning the production strategy, including workload planning, capacity management, and labour allocation Providing technical input during design phases and leading value engineering discussions to optimise materials, cost, and build efficiency Acting as the escalation point for complex technical and delivery challenges across the business Championing quality, health and safety, and continuous improvement across workshop and site operations As a Technical Production Manager, your experience will include: A proven background in a senior production or technical role within a fast-paced, project-led manufacturing or events environment Demonstrable experience producing and overseeing working drawings and build packs Line management experience, ideally leading both project and workshop functions Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to translate technical decisions into budget and programme impacts Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, structural interfaces, and AV or electrical integration Familiarity with venue regulations, RAMS, and site compliance requirements If you're ready to take on a role where your technical authority genuinely shapes the business, we'd love to hear from you.
