Warehouse Supervisor

Role: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Crewe Type: Permanent Shifts: 4 on 4 off (1pm-11pm) Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum HRGO is currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join a successful e-commerce distribution warehouse in Crewe. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and making sure orders are processed and dispatched on time. The role: * Oversee and guide the warehouse team to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently. * Use FLT equipment, including counterbalance and reach trucks, when required. * Monitor performance to ensure production and dispatch goals are regularly met. * Coordinate order picking activities and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner. * Proactively spot potential issues and take steps to resolve them before they develop further. * Report more complex problems to senior management when necessary. * Distribute workload and staff efficiently in response to changing operational needs. * Support onboarding of new employees and help develop the skills of current team members. * Involvement in managing health & safety inc attending weekly meetings. * Previous experience in resolving HR issues such as return-to-work interviews, absence management, disciplinaries, recruitment The candidate: * Hold an in-date counterbalance licence. * Reach licence would be advantageous * Previous experience working in a similar role * Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, dispatch procedures, and inventory management processes. * Well organised, detail oriented, and able to remain effective in high-pressure environments.
