The Role You’ll be supporting customers and the wider sales team with a variety of day-to-day tasks including: • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email • Processing orders and preparing quotations • Updating customer information on internal systems • Supporting with deliveries, order changes and customer queries • Working closely with sales and operations teams • Assisting with general administration and reporting • Helping maintain high levels of customer service across the business About You The business is looking for someone who: • Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic • Enjoys speaking with customers and building relationships • Is organised and has good attention to detail • Is confident using computers and Microsoft Office • Works well within a team environment • Is willing to learn and develop new skills • Can stay calm and organised in a busy environment Previous customer service, administration, retail, hospitality or office experience would be helpful, but personality and attitude are more important than experience.
