Customer Technical Manager

This is a high-profile, client-facing Customer Technical Manager role with a fast-growing, award-winning manufacturing business supplying major UK retailers. This is a brand-newly created role due to continued business growth. You’ll work alongside the existing Quality Management team, adding dedicated customer-facing technical support and strengthening the link between internal quality, compliance and customer expectations.
