Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Position: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Type: Permanent Basic: up to £42,000 Location: Glasgow We are recruiting for a multi skilled maintenance engineer based in the Glasgow area covering the maintenance of a large scale estate. The role will involve general mechanical aspects of building maintenance including plant room, basic plumbing, HVAC and compliance etc. The role is a permanent position paying up to £42,000 basic and based on a continental shift pattern. Week one - 2 days on, 2 off, and 3 on. Week two - 2 days off, 2 on, and 3 off. Shifts from 6am to 6pm Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties: Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to: Mechanical Plant room Pumps and valves Plumbing maintenance Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc. Small works installation Emergency repairs All ad- hoc maintenance tasks   Requirements: A qualified Mechanical Engineer or Commercial grade plumber Experience of plant room, AHU's, FCU's etc. Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience Excellent client facing skills Valid driving license Willingness to complete fabric and plumbing tasks Willing and ability to pass a PVG check If you are interested then please click the APPLY button now PRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.
