Regional Support Manager – Children’s Residential Care Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire Regions | Full Time | £60K We’re recruiting an experienced Regional Support Manager to strengthen and support a network of children’s residential homes across the Stoke-On-Trent and Staffordshire region. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about driving quality, stability, and positive outcomes for young people. Key responsibilities: * Provide parachute and interim support to Registered Managers and homes * Deliver audits, coaching, and mentoring to drive best practice * Stabilise services and maintain Ofsted compliance and high care standards * Support teams to create safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environments About you: * Strong background in children’s residential care at senior level * Excellent knowledge of Ofsted and quality frameworks * Confident coach, mentor, and problem solver * Flexible to travel regionally What’s on offer: Career-defining role, leadership development, health assurance, Blue Light Card, free eye tests, and more.
