EYFS Qualified Teaching Assistant - Level 3 Location: Stockton-on-Tees Position: Full-Time Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £93 -£130 per day (depending on shifted hours) Empowering Learning are recruiting! Empowering Learning is working in partnership with an established and welcoming nursery in Stockton-on-Tees to recruit 2 passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistants for permanent positions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive Early Years setting where you can make a real impact during the most important stage of a child's development. The Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality early years education Help plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities Provide targeted support for children, including those with additional needs Observe and track children's development in line with the EYFS framework Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential) Experience working within a nursery or Reception setting Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development A caring, patient, and proactive attitude Excellent communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practices An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one What's on Offer?
