LCV Technician / Van Technician 📍 Bellshill, Scotland 💰 £16.50 – £18.00 per hour DOE (£36,000 – £40,000+) ⏰ 42.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm 💸 Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate 🚐 EV & ICE Van Training | Excellent Benefits | Career Progression Are you an experienced LCV Technician, Van Technician, Vehicle Mechanic or Commercial Vehicle Technician looking for a secure, long-term opportunity with outstanding training and benefits? We are recruiting for a skilled technician to join a modern workshop in Bellshill, working on a wide range of Light Commercial Vehicles, including both electric (EV) and diesel vans. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and close-knit team with access to cutting-edge tools, manufacturer training, and genuine career development. 🔧 The Role: * Service, maintain and repair light commercial vehicles (LCVs) * Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic equipment * Prepare vehicles for MOT and carry out safety inspections * Work on both electric (EV) and internal combustion engine (ICE) vans * Complete all job cards and paperwork accurately * Ensure all work meets manufacturer and DVSA standards ✅ What We’re Looking For: * Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair * Experience as an LCV Technician, Vehicle Technician, Van Mechanic or HGV Technician * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills * Full UK driving licence * HGV licence advantageous, but training can be provided 🎁 Benefits: * 30 days holiday including bank holidays, rising to 33 days with service * Paid Health Cash Plan for you and your family * Employer pension contribution with enhanced long-service benefits * Life assurance * Employee Assistance Programme * Cycle to Work scheme * Retail, gym and cinema discounts * Industry-leading manufacturer training and career progression 🚀 Why Apply?
