With a strong reputation for excellence, innovation, and partnership working, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of major residential projects in Bristol. The Role As Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager with the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of residential construction projects. You will assist with day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and help ensure projects are delivered on programme and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Support the Site Manager in delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high-quality standard Assist with the coordination and supervision of subcontractors and site labour Monitor site progress against programme requirements Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance across site activities Carry out quality inspections and support snagging processes Help maintain a clean, organised, and professionally presented site environment Build strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders Assist with site documentation, reporting, and general project administration Requirements HNC, NVQ Level 4, or equivalent construction-related qualification or experience SMSTS CSCS Card Relevant health & safety qualifications Strong communication and organisational skills Knowledge of traditional build, RC frame, and timber frame construction methods Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability What’s on Offer Competitive salary and package 26 days holiday plus bank holidays Private healthcare and wellbeing support platform Performance-related incentive scheme Retail and lifestyle discounts Volunteering days Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive and collaborative working environment Why Join?
