Warehouse Operator Location: Shefford Pay Rate: £13.66 per hour Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract Working Hours Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern: * 6:00am – 2:00pm * 2:00pm – 10:00pm About the Role We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join a busy and supportive team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to all Health & Safety procedures. You will also support day-to-day warehouse operations by checking incoming stock, confirming quantities and product condition, and ensuring items are stored correctly within the warehouse. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and a willingness to carry out a variety of warehouse and yard duties, both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have: * A valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence * Experience using scanner guns and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) * Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience * The physical fitness required for manual handling duties and outdoor work * A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team * Good communication skills and strong attention to detail * Basic IT skills * The ability to work independently and use initiative * A strong commitment to Health & Safety procedures and company standards * Flexibility to work overtime when required * A full, valid driving licence What We Offer * Competitive hourly rate * Supportive team environment * Stable Monday to Friday shifts * Opportunity to gain long-term experience within a growing operation
