Contracts Manager – Facilities Management Hard Services (M&E) Newcastle (multi-site) £48,000 – £55,000 + Car / Allowance + Bonus We’re recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a growing FM division (£20m turnover) backed by a larger construction group and led by a new, growth-focused MD. You’ll manage a £1m+ portfolio of PPM and reactive maintenance contracts across commercial, education, and high-end residential sites in Newcastle. The Role * Manage operational delivery of PPM & reactive works * Oversee engineers (5 direct) and subcontractors * Ensure KPI/SLA performance and compliance * Full commercial involvement (WIP, cost control, margins, EBITDA) * Build strong client relationships and support account growth About You * FM Contracts Manager experience essential * Strong Building Services background (M&E / HVAC) * Commercially aware with P&L exposure * Experienced managing teams & supply chain * CAFM experience (Joblogic desirable) The Offer * £48–55k salary * Company car or allowance * Bonus (up to 10%) * Genuine progression in a high-growth business Type: Permanent
