Setting Out Engineer - EU

Applicants must hold an EU passport** A leading civil engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Europe are currently seeking a Site Engineer to join their team on a large-scale project. This contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering complex heavy civils and construction works across multiple sectors and continues to secure high-profile projects nationwide. Key Responsibilities: • Provide accurate setting out and technical support across all phases of the project • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements • Carry out quality checks and maintain accurate site records • Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and the wider engineering team • Assist with resolving technical issues on site • Monitor health and safety compliance throughout works • Support planning and day-to-day site operations Key Requirements: • Minimum 4 years’ experience within heavy civils or construction projects • Strong understanding of surveying equipment and construction drawings • Relevant engineering or construction-related qualification • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced site environment • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Competent using Microsoft Office and setting out equipment If you would like to apply for this role, please forward a copy of your CV using the application link provided
