Civil Engineer - Commercial Development & Infrastructure Projects Beckenham / London | Hybrid or Remote Working £40-£43 per hour 6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 This role will focus on infrastructure and drainage design, supporting technically detailed development schemes using Civil 3D across a fast-moving project pipeline. The team is open to candidates with transferable experience from large-scale residential or development infrastructure projects, making this a strong opportunity for engineers looking to broaden their project exposure. The Role You'll be involved in: Delivering drainage and infrastructure design packages Producing technical drawings and engineering information using Civil 3D Supporting large-scale commercial development projects Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams and consultants Supporting projects through technical delivery stages Assisting with design coordination and project documentationWhat They're Looking For Experience as a Civil Engineer within a UK consultancy environment Strong Civil 3D capability Background in drainage and infrastructure design Experience working on development-led projects Good technical coordination and communication skillsExperience across: Commercial developments Residential infrastructure Large-scale site developmentwould be highly beneficial.
