Electrical Site Manager

Electrical Site Manager – Commercial Project Professional Profile Experienced Electrical Site Manager with a strong background in commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects (CAT A & CAT B). Proven ability to deliver complex electrical packages within BIM-coordinated environments, ensuring compliance with programme, safety, quality, and sustainability standards. Key Responsibilities & Experience * Manage all electrical works on site from installation through to completion * Supervise subcontractors to ensure delivery in line with drawings and specifications * Coordinate electrical services within BIM-led project environments * Oversee MEP coordination to minimise clashes and site delays * Work closely with other trades to ensure efficient project delivery * Manage installation of rooftop plant and associated electrical systems * Monitor programme progress and report updates to project stakeholders * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations at all times * Carry out quality assurance inspections and manage snagging works * Ensure works meet BREEAM Excellent / Outstanding requirements * Maintain strong site documentation, reporting, and coordination records Key Skills & Qualifications * Proven experience on commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects (CAT A / CAT B) * Strong background in BIM-coordinated construction environments * Experience delivering complex MEP and rooftop plant installations * Strong understanding of sustainability and BREEAM standards * SMSTS certified * ECS/CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred) * Strong leadership, communication, and site management skills * Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and drive programme performance To Apply Please send up to date CV to apply for Electrical Site Manager Role
