The Role Deliver engaging Maths lessons across Functional Skills and GCSE Maths (and potentially Level 3) Support learners in developing numeracy, problem-solving, and exam techniques Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching sessions Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback Support students with coursework, revision, and exam preparation Create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment What We’re Looking For Essential: Experience teaching or tutoring Maths (FE, secondary, or adult education) Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to engage and motivate post-16 learners Flexible, professional, and reliable approach Desirable: Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, DET) Experience working within Further Education Experience delivering GCSE Maths and/or Functional Skills Maths Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Coming from industry or tutoring?
