Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to take full ownership of production within a high-performance, luxury service operation based in North London. This is a pivotal leadership role for a commercially minded, hands-on professional who can drive operational excellence, elevate standards, and lead from the front in a fast-paced environment. Description Provide end-to-end leadership of shift operations, ensuring production targets are consistently achieved with precision and efficiency Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, embedding a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement Own and drive KPI performance across productivity, quality, cost control, labour utilisation, and energy efficiency Take full accountability for workforce management including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management Champion a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance and best practice across all operational activities Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives in line with premium service expectations Partner closely with senior leadership to deliver a scalable, efficient, and commercially successful operationProfile Proven success in an operations leadership role within production, manufacturing, or service-led environments Experience in laundry, hospitality, or high-volume processing is advantageous but not essential Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost efficiency and premium quality A credible, confident leader with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Highly organised, solutions-focused, and resilient under pressure Demonstrated experience in KPI ownership, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement Uncompromising commitment to Health & Safety and operational best practiceJob Offer Competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum over 4 days Permanent position offering stability and career growth Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment Chance to make a significant impact within a small-sized organisation
