D365 Business Central Functional Lead Location: Remote (UK & Ireland – must be based in Northern or Southern Ireland) Type: Permanent Employer: Microsoft Partner Overview We’re looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Functional Lead to join a growing Microsoft Partner. You’ll take ownership of functional delivery, lead and mentor a team, and help shape best practice across multiple BC implementations. Key Responsibilities * Lead and grow a team of BC functional consultants * Run workshops, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions * Oversee configuration, testing, and go‑live support * Act as the functional authority across Finance, SCM, Projects, or Warehousing * Collaborate with PMs, Architects, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery * Drive continuous improvement and documentation standards * Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor Skills & Experience * Proven experience delivering D365 Business Central projects end‑to‑end * Strong consulting background with a Microsoft Partner * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Deep knowledge of BC modules (Finance, SCM, Projects, or similar) * Leadership experience or desire to step into a lead role * Must be based in Northern or Southern Ireland Why Join * Fully remote role within Ireland * Work with a respected Microsoft Partner with a strong BC pipeline * Opportunity to lead, mentor, and shape a growing team * Clear progression into Solution Architecture or Practice Leadership
