Hr Manager

An outstanding Solihull school are looking for a HR manager to join their Team * a Clear DBS on the update service * Strong background in employee relations (ER) and HR data reporting * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience within an education or trust environment would be a strong advantage Key Responsibilities * Lead on HR data reporting, including gender pay gap, apprenticeship, and EDI metrics * Manage disciplinary, grievance, and capability casework across the Trust * Provide expert advice and support to school leaders and HR colleagues on complex HR matters * Collaborate closely with school-based HR administrators and the payroll team * Act as Deputy to the Executive Head of HR Please only respond if you have a HR background
