Project Manager (Technical) x3 We are seeking three Technical Project Managers to join a growing aerospace programme, supporting the development of cutting-edge electric motors and generator systems for hybrid aircraft for our client, a leading aerospace company based in Buckinghamshire. The Project Managers will play a key role in delivering complex engineering projects-from early requirements capture through to design, modification, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of technical engineering projects across new and legacy programmes Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met Challenge assumptions, proactively identify risks, and escalate when required Work closely with senior stakeholders, engineers, and customers Drive progress across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are achieved Support planning activities across tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar What You'll Be Working On Aerospace systems including electric motors, generators, and control units Hybrid aircraft technologies operating at high performance (e.g. high RPM systems) A mix of: New product development projects Customer-driven modification programmes Ongoing legacy projects Skills & Experience Required Experience with planning tools (e.g. Planisware, Primavera, MS Project) Proven experience delivering technical or engineering projects Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior teams Experience running meetings, tracking actions, and driving accountability Background in safety critical industries, such as aerospace, automotive, or similar engineering environments Successful applicants must meet eligibility requirements to obtain UK Security Clearance About Belcan Belcan, a Cognizant company, is a trusted global provider of engineering and technical services.
