The Role You will be involved in the manufacture of complex precision components used within high-end Motorsport and Automotive transmission systems. Working within a modern machining environment, you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts to exacting tolerances. Responsibilities Setting and operating a range of CNC machinery Manufacturing precision components to tight tolerances Working with both 3 Axis and 5 Axis machine tools Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Carrying out quality checks and inspections Supporting prototype and small batch production work Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workmanship Skills & Experience Required Previous experience within CNC machining and precision engineering Experience setting and operating CNC machine tools Exposure to 3 Axis and/or 5 Axis machining Experience with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls A strong attention to detail and quality A positive attitude and willingness to learn Desirable Experience CNC Programming experience Gear cutting experience Experience within Motorsport, Aerospace or Automotive sectors What We Offer Salary between £40,000 - £50,000 Permanent position within a specialist engineering business Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Motorsport and Automotive projects Modern, high-specification machinery and technology Friendly, family-style working environment Long-term career development opportunities Eligibility Applicants must already have the right to work and reside in the UK.
