M&E Project Manager

The Role We are looking for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team, working across a portfolio of residential developments, railway and hotels projects. This is a hands-on role involving both managing 50k reactive works to 2 million projects You’ll primarily be based in London, with opportunities to work on projects across the UK. What You’ll Be Doing * Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems * Working on plantroom equipment including pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, HIUs, and booster sets * Performing life safety testing and ensuring compliance with relevant standards * Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently * Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records * Liaising professionally with site teams, residents, and hotel staff * Participating in a call-out rota where required What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in mechanical and electrical project management maintenance within residential, hotel, or building services environments * Relevant qualifications * Full UK driving licence (essential) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team What’s On Offer * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Company van provided * Overtime opportunities * Ongoing training and development * Varied work across high-quality sites in London and throughout the UK
