Job Overview We are seeking a professional and friendly School Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Preferably with knowledge of Arbor attendance. Duties * Greet visitors in a warm and professional manner. * Manage incoming calls with appropriate phone etiquette, directing them to the relevant personnel. * Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. * Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies. * Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. * Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks when required. * Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations within the office. Requirements * Proven school experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
