OSS Fabrication Supervisor LV/MV required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in the Netherlands. Responsibilities: Supervision of fabrication and installation of OSS electrical systems, including SCADA, LV/MV, HVAC, Fire Protection, AUX, and monitoring systems. QA/QC surveillance to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). Verification of fabrication progress, quality, and readiness for delivery. Monitoring of assembly, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities. Coordination of interfaces between contractors and packages, including management of Free Issued Materials (FIM). Witnessing (GEN equipment) and/or execution (FIM) of factory acceptance tests and system testing. Identification and reporting of risks, delays, and non-conformances to Package and QA teams. Verification of fabrication processes and installation against approved documentation and drawings. Supervision of delivered items to ensure compliance with project requirements. Preparation of regular progress and quality reports to stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience in electrical supervision within offshore wind, offshore substations, or similar large-scale energy projects. Strong background in fabrication yard activities and vendor supervision. Experience with LV/MV electrical systems and auxiliary systems (SCADA, HVAC, fire protection, etc.). Knowledge of QA/QC processes, including ITPs, NCR management, and inspection activities. Experience with pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including FAT/SAT participation. Ability to coordinate interfaces and manage Free Issued Materials (FIM). Strong understanding of relevant industry standards (e.g. IEC, DNV). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proactive approach to risk identification and problem-solving
