Car Sales Executive £24,000 Basic | £45,000 – £55,000 Uncapped OTE Ipswich Permanent / Full Time Working Hours: * 5½ days per week * Monday to Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm with a regular weekday off * Alternate Sundays: 11:00am – 4:00pm We’re currently recruiting for a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership in the Ipswich area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional — either from the motor trade or another target-driven industry — to join a high-performing team with strong earning potential and uncapped commission. The Role As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximising sales opportunities. * Selling both new and used vehicles * Managing the full customer journey from enquiry through to handover * Building strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals * Handling enquiries from walk-ins, telephone and online leads * Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems * Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets What We’re Looking For * Proven experience within a sales environment * Motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Target-driven with a motivated and professional attitude * Excellent negotiation and customer service ability * Full UK Driving Licence preferred What’s On Offer * £24,000 basic salary * £45,000 – £55,000 uncapped OTE * Strong commission structure with genuine earning potential * Established dealership with good enquiry levels * Supportive team and career progression opportunities This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Sales Executive looking to maximise their earnings within a busy dealership environment.
