Technical Coordinator – Residential Developer A growing residential developer is looking for a Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of a live housing scheme in Wembley. The Technical Coordinator will be site-based, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the build and working hands-on with construction teams. You’ll be supporting the Technical Manager, helping to keep designs coordinated, compliant, and moving at pace. Wembley (Site-Based) £55,000 – £65,000 + Package The Role Support the technical delivery of a live residential development Coordinate consultants, drawings, and technical information Manage planning conditions and liaise with Building Control Respond to technical queries from site and construction teams Assist with approvals, utilities, and statutory submissions What They’re Looking For Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator Background working with a residential developer or housebuilder Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential construction Comfortable working site-based and interacting with site teams What’s on Offer £55k–£65k salary + Package
