Civils Contracts Manager Location: Inverness Position: Permanent Salary: £75,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits We are seeking an experienced and driven Civils Contracts Manager to join our growing team based in Inverness, overseeing a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Highlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership, commercial awareness, and operational experience to play a key role in delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple civil engineering projects from pre-construction through to completion * Lead site teams, subcontractors, and project delivery personnel * Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements * Oversee budgets, cost control, forecasting, and contractual performance * Maintain strong client relationships and attend progress meetings * Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company procedures * Support planning, procurement, and resource allocation across projects * Drive quality standards and continuous improvement throughout delivery Requirements * Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within civil engineering * Strong background delivering infrastructure, roads, drainage, utilities, or earthworks projects * Excellent knowledge of NEC contracts * Strong commercial and operational management skills * Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously * SMSTS certification preferred * Full UK driving licence required What’s on Offer * Competitive salary of £75,000 * Company vehicle provided * Pension scheme * Ongoing professional development opportunities * Long-term permanent opportunity with a strong pipeline of work * Supportive and professional working environment To apply, please submit your CV and a brief cover outlining your relevant experience and salary expectations
