Description As an HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on employee relations, coaching managers and driving continuous improvement. You'll be a trusted partner to site leadership, balancing operational delivery with people-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor on all employee relations matters (absence, performance, disciplinaries, grievances, wellbeing) Manage an end-to-end ER caseload, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes Coach and support managers to build confidence and capability Work collaboratively with Trade Union representatives Support recruitment and onboarding for site-based roles Use data and HR systems to track KPIs and identify trends Contribute to engagement and continuous improvement initiatives Support absence management and occupational health processes Provide support with payroll and HR administrationProfile A successful HR Advisor should have:- CIPD Level 3 qualified (Level 5 desirable) or equivalent experience Experience in an HR Advisor / HR Officer role, ideally in a manufacturing or operational environment Strong background in employee relations and case management Good knowledge of UK employment law Confident communicator, able to influence and build relationships Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience with HR systems and data reportingJob Offer 💰 Salary: £35k - £40k - dependant on experience + benefits 📍 Location: Lifton - fully on-site role - 5 days a week. 💼 Contract: Permanent - Full-time
