About the Role The successful candidate will carry out a variety of electrical works across residential homes, including inspections, testing, fault finding, repairs, and planned maintenance. Key responsibilities include: * Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) * Carrying out remedial works following inspections * Undertaking reactive and planned electrical maintenance * Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations * Working closely with other trades, supervisors, and support staff * Delivering excellent customer service to residents and tenants Requirements * Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services or equivalent * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification * AM2 certification * City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent inspection and testing qualification) * Previous experience within domestic or residential maintenance * Strong communication and customer service skills * Full UK driving licence preferred The role includes participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota, as emergency maintenance support may occasionally be required.
