Production Operative

Production Operative - Extrusion Location: Leeds Full-Time | 4 on - 4 off | 12 Hour Shifts | Permanent Position We are currently looking for a hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious Production Operative to support the production teams on-site. This is a hands-on role offering great long-term opportunities for progression in a stable and growing business. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: * Assisting Technical Operators and the Supervisor with production tasks * Feeding raw materials into machines * Wrapping, stacking, and moving finished goods * Keeping the working area clean, safe, and organised * Supporting with machine changeovers and basic maintenance tasks * Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times ✅ What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience working around Extruders or Extrusion Machinery would be nice, but not essential. * Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred * A strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Good level of physical fitness – this is a manual role * Reliable, punctual, and a team player * Flexible with working hours – shift work required * Counterbalance FLT License preferred. 💷 What We Offer: * Competitive hourly rate * Shift allowance (where applicable) * Full training provided * Overtime available * Career development and internal progression * Friendly and supportive team environment 📩 Interested?
