Level 3 IT Technician (MSP Experience) About the Role We’re seeking a skilled Level 3 IT Technician with experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You’ll handle escalated support tickets, manage client systems, and assist with IT projects — delivering exceptional service every time. Key Responsibilities * Provide 3rd-line technical support and fault resolution * Maintain and upgrade client IT systems * Plan and deliver migrations and IT projects * Ensure SLA compliance and excellent customer service Skills & Experience * 2+ years in a similar role within an MSP * Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016–2022), Office 365, Active Directory & Azure AD * Experience with Hyper-V, WAN/LAN troubleshooting, VLANs, and VoIP * Project management and multitasking ability * Full UK driving licence required Benefits * 24 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 28) * Training & certification support * Diverse project exposure * Company sick pay & eyecare vouchers Hours: Monday to Friday Experience: 5 years IT support (preferred)
