The Role: You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities will include: * Acting as a primary contact for customer queries via phone and email * Managing and processing client orders accurately * Supporting onboarding for new customers * Assisting with billing, credit control, and account queries * Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems * Providing general administrative support across the team The Candidate: * You must have previous experience in a customer service role * Experience in credit control is advantageous * Ability to commute 5 days a week to Emersons Green (Bristol) * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks * High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling * Confident communication skills, both written and verbal * A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
