Sales Account Manager Waterlooville, Hampshire (Office Based) £26,437 basic + realistic £40,000+ OTE Uncapped commission ** IMPORTANT ** This is a sales role — not customer service. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who are confident in: * Working to and exceeding targets * Making regular outbound sales calls * Driving revenue through upselling and account growth If your background is purely customer service or administration, this role will not be suitable. THE CLIENT A well-established, award-winning B2B distributor with over 53 years of trading history, supplying trade customers across the UK. They operate in a fast-paced, telephone-led sales environment where success is driven by activity, performance, and commercial awareness. THE ROLE You will manage an existing portfolio of trade customers, responsible for: * Driving sales growth across your accounts * Proactively contacting customers to generate orders * Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities * Re-engaging dormant or lapsed accounts * Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets This is a proactive sales role — consistent business generation is expected every day.
