Position: Key Account/ Sales Manager Location: Covering UK Salary: £Neg + car allowance + annual bonus The Company: My client is a specialised manufacture within the hotmelt adhesive industry. Role: • Identify and develop new opportunities in the UK market aligned with company objectives. • Build strong relationships with strategic customers, ensuring retention and business expansion. • Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure best product for each customer application. • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and commercial terms. • Coordinate tests to approve company adhesives • Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and periodic reports for the Business Development Director. • Track trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly. Requirements: • Degree in Management, Chemical, Economics, Engineering, or similar field. • Minimum 5 years in B2B commercial roles in adhesive industry ideally hotmelt • Knowledge of industrial processes and adhesive applications. • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports. • Strong results orientation. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Proactive and autonomous. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Frequent travel within the UK and occasional trips to their European head office
