You’ll work closely with warehouse, planning, purchasing, and project teams to ensure materials and shipments are processed efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing day-to-day stores administration activities * Monitoring kit lists and flagging shortages using Microsoft Business Central * Preparing and checking shipping paperwork to avoid transit delays * Producing shipping manifests, pick/put-away documentation, KPI statistics, and timesheets * Supporting stock control and stores processes * Liaising with internal teams to maintain smooth operations * Helping maintain excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards * Suggesting process and layout improvements within the stores department * Providing administrative support across departments when required What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Essential Skills & Experience * Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft applications * Good numeracy and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills * A proactive, team-oriented attitude * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively * GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English Desirable * Previous administration experience (ideally 3+ years) * Experience within manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or engineering environments * Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central or ERP systems OG LTD are acting as an employment agency
