Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Leeds Zinc Consult is a leading consultancy firm that provides expert advice and solutions for the construction industry. We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and work on various multi-disciplinary projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for: * Leading the commercial management of multiple sites on time and to budget. * Pricing and ensuring estimates are submitted accurately and on time, * Resolving pricing issues with Network Rail * Liaison with Site Managers to collate information on day to day remits. To be successful in this role, you will need: * Experience in managing change and variations. * BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent * Rail/Civils experience * Minimum of 5 years experience in technical delivery of UK infrastructure projects. * Good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills Zinc Consult is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
