The company delivers a wide range of interior fit-out, refurbishment, and specialist finishing projects across the UK, working with major contractors, developers, and end clients across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, and residential. The Role As Estimator, you will be responsible for: Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and tender submissions Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Producing detailed take-offs and cost plans Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations Identifying value engineering opportunities where appropriate Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the tender process Managing multiple tenders simultaneously to strict deadlines Supporting the commercial and operational teams during project handover Assisting in developing pricing strategies and maintaining estimating databases The Ideal Candidate The successful Estimator will have: Previous experience working as an Estimator within the construction industry A strong background in interior fit-out and refurbishment projects Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills Experience pricing commercial construction projects of varying values Strong attention to detail and organisational skills The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Good IT skills including estimating and Microsoft Office software Full UK driving licence What's on Offer Basic salary of £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience Attractive benefits package Opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects Long-term career progression within a growing business Stable and supportive working environment Strong pipeline of secured work across the UK Opportunity to join a reputable and financially secure contractor Apply: If you're interested in this opportunity, then please get in touch today with our Commercial Specialist, Mark Harris.
