Drainage Engineer

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE As a drainage engineer, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drainage issues for residential and commercial clients. You’ll work with the latest equipment and technology to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Emergency call-outs and planned maintenance for drainage investigations and repairs * Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues using CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting, rods etc. * Carry out drain clearance, descaling, root cutting, patch lining and minor excavations * Liaise directly with customers to explain issues and solutions EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE: * Previous drainage experience * Full UK Driving Licence * Customer-Facing Experience * Drainage tanker experience (desirable) SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE: * Excellent customer service and communication * Comfortable using mobile apps and technology on-site * Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail * Plumbing knowledge (desirable) WHAT WE OFFER: * Competitive OTE - overtime opportunities and performance bonuses * Company Vehicle and Fuel Card * Full Uniform and PPE provided incl tools and equipment * Training and development opportunities
