Sales Executive 📍 Plymouth 💰 £20,000 Basic | £50,000 OTE + Company Car 🕒 Full-Time | Weekend Rota Included Role Overview We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join a successful automotive dealership in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to build a rewarding career within a high-performing motor trade environment. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchase journey, delivering exceptional service while achieving sales and finance targets. Key Responsibilities * Managing customer enquiries both in the showroom and online * Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs * Presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles * Arranging test drives and explaining finance/product options * Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process * Achieving vehicle sales, finance, and add-on product targets * Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity Requirements * Previous sales experience within the motor trade preferred * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude * Ability to deliver a first-class customer experience * Well-presented and self-motivated * Full UK driving licence required What’s on Offer * £50,000 OTE with uncapped earning potential * Company car * Excellent training and development opportunities * High-volume dealership with strong enquiry levels * Career progression within a growing automotive group
