You will support learners on AEB-funded employability and vocational training programmes, helping them develop both technical skills and workplace behaviours required in modern warehouse environments. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver training in warehouse operations, logistics, stock control, and Lean principles * Teach continuous improvement methodologies including 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, and root cause analysis * Support learners working towards vocational qualifications such as City & Guilds, Pearson, or EAL * Monitor learner progress, provide coaching, and complete learner reviews * Ensure delivery aligns with Ofsted standards, quality frameworks, and AEB compliance requirements * Maintain accurate learner records and funding documentation * Work closely with employer partners to ensure training meets industry needs * Develop learners’ employability skills, confidence, and workplace readiness * Promote safe working practices within warehouse and logistics environments Ideal Candidate You’ll be an industry professional with experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations, combined with a passion for training and learner development.
